Pamela McDaniel brings broad business management and technology project knowledge with nearly 30 years of systems, processes, and management experience. Ms. McDaniel has been implementing technology for business systems and processes for over 25 years.
She has experience in mainframe, distributed, MAC, and RAD application development, process re-engineering, deploying project management office and practices, and planning longer term technology solutions for companies such GE, Lockheed Martin, and HSBC.
She has experience managing enterprise-wide technology projects consisting of business analysts, developers, test coordinators, testers, trainers, associate project managers, and subject matter experts on both the technology and business sides of the team. Ms McDaniel founded Dynavistics in 2007 and has overall responsibility for the company’s operations and administration.
