Collect-IT Series: Reassignment of Accounts

Okay, so we do, as I said, we do assign accounts to collectors. This may or may not work for your particular situation. If you have security, you can reassign it to another collector.

We can also do temporary reassignments, so if you have a collector that's going out on vacation, FMLA, something like that, you can temporarily reassign all of their accounts and all of their tasks to another collector.

You can put dates on there, so it'll automatically reassign it back to them when they return, based on the end date on the temporary reassignment.
