I can also see a complete history of everything that has ever happened on this customer, okay?

So, everything that happens, whether the system does it automatically or the user enters something, we store in the history forever.

If you enter a note about 3 invoices and 2 of them get paid, the note will stay there until the third one is paid and then it will move to history, and it will stay there.

All of this can be again filtered, sorted, and searched so you can find whatever history you're looking for if you need to go back.
