So you can always trigger automatically if you're an admin, or trigger manually if you're an admin by hitting the sync button. That's going to go and sync from all of the source databases and then it's going to run the workflow to send the letters, do whatever it needs to do, but you can also set up how often you want the sync to run and when you want it to run.

So on the data sync, when we go through implementation with you we choose how many times per day you want that to run and what times you want it to run. We have some customers that run it once a day, we have other customers that run it like every seven minutes, so it just depends on how your business works, but that's all part of the setup and part of the implementation.
