So the idea is, again as a user, a general collector, I'm going to come in, in the morning, and I'm going to open up my task list on my calendar, and I'm going to have listed what I need to work on for that day.
If I have things left over, they're going to show up in red, as past due, but I'm going to be able to see what my tasks are - what, based on the collection process, I need to accomplish today as far as the past due invoices.
Again, if I'm a manager, I could see other users on here, their task lists and their calendar, and if anybody's past due. And, as long as I have security, I could actually bring up those tasks and reassign them to another user if I needed to.
