Dynavistics Acquires Sales Logic Software from Process Logic, Adding PAR: Pricing, Adjustments and Rebates Software for Microsoft Dynamics® GP

Tampa, FL – January 25, 2016 – Dynavistics, a leading provider of enterprise software for growing businesses, announced today the acquisition of Sales Logic software from Process Logic, a provider of supply chain software to manage Trade Promotion in the consumer products market.  Dynavistics has been marketing and distributing Sales Logic for the last year under its PAR brand.  Dynavistics now owns the software and will continue maintain and enhance the product for future Dynamics GP releases.

Sales Logic, henceforth referred to as PAR, extends the functionality of sales order in Microsoft Dynamics® GP. Designed to facilitate the billing and remittance issues when selling to retail chains, PAR also provides powerful tools for budgeting and performance tracking.

PAR software solves any problems related to inaccurate pricing by automating the pricing assurance process.  PAR automatically calculates pricing and allowances following order entries, as well as measures anticipated and actual impact of rebates, adjustments, and allowances on margin and commission. Total costs are known and available, and data is generated for analysis of program effectiveness.

The deduction management functionality in PAR simplifies remittances and deductions with a defined general ledger and accrual account for each adjustment line. This allows for the expense to match the exact entity, whether individual, parent/child, or national account.  PAR pulls all the data from sales promotions and deductions together for a complete picture of costs, outstanding liabilities, and deductions pending approval. Utilizing the planning capabilities within PAR, a wide variety of promotional budget scenarios can be created with ease. Following forecast calculation, suggested quantities and associated revenues are displayed in the promotional scenario.
