In this week’s episode of Enterprise Software Podcast, Todd, Bob & Darcy discuss the latest industry news, and interview Jerry Norman, CEO of SmartBridge Partners and Jim Woodhead, Vice President of Professional Services at DSD Business Systems.

Jerry Norman co-founded SmartBridge Partners in 2003 as a merger of his Customer Relationship Management consultancy (Market Answers) with two “back office” systems (manufacturing, accounting, operations control and HR management) firms. SmartBridge offers full-service sales, design and implementation of both CRM and ERP systems for organizations with up to $100 million in revenue. SmartBridge uses products from Sage Software, Infor and related suppliers to fill these customer needs.

Also a certified Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90) consultant, he applies his operations experience to the real-world control and financial reporting needs of these clients. He acts as Sr. Project Manager for back office projects at SmartBridge, ensuring that the considerable skills of SmartBridge's technical consultants are best used in delivering value to clients.

Jim Woodhead is the manager of the professional services team at DSD Business systems. He oversees all the activities relating to the implementation and the technical support for customers for the SAGE 100 (MAS90/200) product line and related software packages that integrate with SAGE 100.
